Confidentiality of personal information

1. Providing information by the User to the Charitable Foundation "Change one life - Ukraine" (hereinafter referred to as the Fund):

Personal information is processed by the Fund for the purpose of performing donations contracts, publication of donation reports concluded with the Fund, for the purpose of sending informational messages in the form of e-mail, SMS-messages. That includes (but is not limited to) that the Fund may send messages about donations, news and reports on the work of the Fund.

 

1.1. The User provides the following information:

When registering on the site, subscribing to the Fund news, subscribing to new video profiles of orphans and children deprived of parental care, the User provides his name. Besides, if desired, the User can indicate his surname, and his e-mail address.

When making a donation, the User provides the following information: name, surname, contact phone number.

1.2. By providing his personal information, the User agrees to its processing by the Fund (up to the revocation of the user’s consent to the processing of his personal data), in order to allow the Fund and / or its partners to fulfill their obligations to the User, to provide services, to supply reference information, and agrees to receiving advertising notifications and service messages. In processing personal information of the user, the Fund is governed by the law of Ukraine “On Protection of Personal Data” and regulatory acts.

1.2.1. If the User wishes to update his personal data, to block or delete it, if the personal data is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, or if the User wants to withdraw his consent to the processing of personal data or delete the account, he must send an official request to E-mail address of the Fund changeonelife@ukr.net.

1.3. Use of information provided by the User and received by the Fund.

1.3.1 The Fund uses the data provided by the User during the entire period of registration of the User on the Site of the Fund www.changeonelife.ua for the purpose of:

  • registration / authorization of the User on the Site;

  • processing User’s requests and! performance of its obligations to the User;

  • assessment and analysis of the work of the Site;

  • determining the winner in promotions held by the Fund;

  • participation of the User in the charity program "Change  one life" and other projects of the Fund;

  • informing the User about new materials of the site on the topics of his interest by means of electronic mailings, as well as about the reporting of the charity fund to the donor about the listed donations by means of electronic or SMS-messages.

1.3.2. The Fund has the right to send informational messages to the User. If the User does not wish to receive an informational message from the Fund, he needs to change the relevant subscription settings in the appropriate section of the Personal Cabinet. From the moment of change of these parameters, the Fund's mailings will be active during 3 days due to the peculiarities of work and interaction of information systems, as well as the terms of contracts with counteragents which are responsible for distribution of advertising and information messages in the interests of the Fund.

 

2. Provision and transfer of information received by the Fund:

2.1. The Fund undertakes not to transfer information received from the User to the third parties. It is not considered a violation if the Fund provides information to agents and the third parties which act on the basis of a contract with the Fund in order to fulfill obligations to the User and only within the conditions of contracts. It is not considered a violation of this clause to transfer data about the User in an anonymous form to the third parties for the purpose of evaluation and analysis of the work of the Site.

2.2. It is not considered a violation of the obligations to transfer information in accordance with the substantiated and applicable requirements of the legislation of Ukraine.

2.3. The Fund has the right to use the technology of “cookies”. “Cookies” do not contain confidential information and are not transmitted to the third parties.

2.4. The Fund receives information about the IP address of the Site's User as well as the information about the website that gave the link for the User to come. This information is not used to identify the visitor.

2.5.  The Fund is not responsible for the information provided by the User on the Site in a generally accessible form.

2.6. In the processing of personal data, the Fund takes the necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access as well as from other unlawful actions concerning personal data.

2.7. Personal data will be processed by the Fund by collecting Personal Data, recording, organizing, accumulating, storing, refining (updating, modifying), extracting, using, removing and destroying (both with and without the use of automatization means).

 

3. Storage and use of information by the User

3.1. The User agrees not to inform the third parties about the login and password used for identification on the Site.

3.2. The User undertakes to ensure diligence while storing and using the login and password.

3.3. If the Fund becomes suspicious about the use of the User’s account by a third party or malicious software, the Fund has the right to unilaterally change the User's password.

Privacy when making donations using plastic cards

1. Payments. Online payment by credit card

Our site is connected to Internet acquiring and you can make a donation with a Visa / Mastercard credit card. After filling the fields with information required for donation, you will see the protected window with the payment page of the processing center WayForPay, in which you will need to enter the details of your credit card. For additional authentication of the cardholder, the 3D Secure protocol is used. If your Bank supports this technology, you will be redirected to its server for additional identification. For getting information on the rules and methods of additional identification, please contact the Bank that issued you a credit card.

2. Security guarantees.

WayForPay Processing Center protects and processes your credit card data according to the PCI DSS 3.0 security standard. The transfer of information to the payment gateway occurs with the use of SSL encryption technology. Further transfer of information takes place in private banking networks which have the highest level of reliability. WayForPay does not broadcast your card data to us and other third parties. For additional authentication of the cardholder, the 3D Secure protocol is used.

3. Online payment security.

Personal information provided by you (name, surname, phone, e-mail, credit card number) is confidential and can not be disclosed. Your credit card details are transmitted only in encrypted form and are not stored on our Web server.

The security of processing of Internet payments is guaranteed by FC "WAY FOR PAY" LLC. All transactions with payment cards are carried out in accordance with the requirements of VISA International, MasterCard and other payment systems. When transmitting information, special security technologies for card online payments are used; processing of data is carried out on a secure high-tech server of the processing company.
